Yes you do! By creating an account, you will be able to shop easier and view your order details


What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

To re-set your password, click the 'FORGOT PASSWORD?' button on the SIGN IN page and follow the instruction. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.


What payment method I can use for my purchase?

We only accept payment through PayPal. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover to pay with PayPal. If you have an account with PayPal, you can also withdraw money from your account to make your purchase.


What currency I am paying for my order?

You can choose to pay with Hong Kong dollars (HKD) or US dollars (USD). To change the currency, select the currency button at the top right hand side on the website.


What does it mean when it said out of stock?

When an item is out of stock, you will still be able to order it. The restock period will be 10 days from the day of your purchase. It will be sent along with your other purchase (if any). If you do not want your out of stock item(s) to send together with your in stock item(s), please place a separate order.


Where is my order shipping from?

You order will be shipped from Hong Kong.


Do I need to pay duty and taxes?

Yes you will need to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Please note there are no export/ import duties and sales taxes in Hong Kong.


Can I amend or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Yes you can amend or cancel your order within 12 hours from the time you place your order. Please send an email to for any order amendment or  cancellation.


Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Full refunds are guaranteed for unsatisfied items returned in saleable condition and original packaging within 7 days after receipt. All tags must not be removed. Refunds will be credited according to the original method of payment. For hygiene reasons, no refunds will be offered for earrings. On-sales items, custom-made items, delivery and handling charges are not refundable. Please send an email to for a reference number before returning your items. Otherwise refunds will not be processed. Shipping fees for returning/exchanging item(s) will be paid at customer’s own cost.
